Does Stonz offer returns?Updated a year ago

Stonz accepts returned items purchased on www.stonzwear.com within 30 days of the delivery date.

You will receive a refund via the original method of payment for the price of the item and applicable taxes, excluding shipping costs. 

Please ensure the following criteria are understood prior to mailing in your merchandise: 

• All merchandise must be in its original condition and in the original packaging (unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached). 
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
• Stonz does not accept any exchanges.
• All clearance and sale items are FINAL SALE (no returns or exchanges will be accepted).
• If your return does not meet the criteria above, Stonz reserves the right to deny the return.
• Any ineligible returns received will be charged a non-refundable $15 restocking fee.
• If your product is eligible for return, please go to our Return Center and send it for approval.
